Hangnail's sixties garage band "Pump Productions" can be heard doing "Pappy's Rug"on Arf Arf 2000 comp CD "Buzz Buzz Buzzzz, Vol 2" (AA-085).

But before Pump's resident artist and conga player, Mike MacGuinness, renamed Hangnail's tune after record company owner, Pappy Chavis' toupe, it was called, "Let's Go Do The Pump". For the first time anywhere, ever, Pump live in 1969:

When Nick DiMaria said that he would like to do remixes of some of the tracks from "Wit's End" Hangnail was flattered.

"Same Old Spray" was written and recorded in mid January of 2005. With no input from me he managed to select the few things Hangnail really liked about the recording and expound upon them.
